body breaking down

1. super fatigued at 9 pm...can barely keep my eyes opened
2. stomach pains
3. feeling full with 2-3 spoonfuls
4. pelvic pain
5. irregular bleeding - cycles are shorter, periods are longer
6. occasional nausea
7. itchiness on back
