- going through a seaweed phase. i'm wrapping every mushy food with it like rice, avocado, sweet potato...so delicious. saw it on a show once, but i want to try the one where you put a tangerine slice in the seaweed laver and dip it in soy sauce. apparently it's supposed to taste like uni...and i looooove uni.
- past phases:
1. pho (once i won a contest and the host asked where i wanted the gift certifcate to be from ie. apple store and i said a pho restaurant. my wish was her command)
2. cereal (3 meals a day probably for a solid month. my aunt was seriously worried that it was because of her cooking i chose to eat cereal all day everyday, but it wasn't. just yogurt strawberry cheerios was ridiculously good.)
3. aglio e olio e aliche (after that fateful night and encounter with a beautiful pasta...my dream was to replicate it. and after like 30 bowls of pasta...i was done. and fat.)
- love it when i can feel my face pump blood and radiate heat after a long run. i like looking in the mirror and seeing the flushed look. i feel and look so alive.
- cold sweet tea = perfection.
- i love my white car and the sheepskin my dad put onto the seats. still smells of home and my mom's perfume and my dad's cologne...very comforting.
