Aglio e Olio Master Chef strikes again!!!

Yup that would be me.

I'm so good at making Aglio e Olio, it will make you believe that heaven on earth is possible and that there is beauty in the world and kindness and love and truth and peace ...okay I'll stop.

Here are the ingredients:

a couple of anchovies

a clove of garlic

fresh basil leaves

olive oil

a dash of salt

a timer...to make perfect noodle consistency

angel hair or spaghetti noodles

SIMPLEMENT MAIS DELICIEUX!

ultimate secret:  right after the noodles are done in the boiling water, i wash them in cold water immediately.  makes the noodle more tender and fresh :)

I'd like to have...

...a large and clean kitchen with herb garden on the window sill or garden behind the window

...a large and clean bathroom with lots of sunlight coming in

...walk in closet

...big backyard, no swimming pool

...my closest friends and family as my neighbors
